General review: Andy sold me a car that was serviced and with a full MOT - no advisories - advisories from previous MOT put right by him before I bought it.

Saw a car online and it seemed good, called the chap as he is 2 hours from us, he was very pleasant even when we had to rearrange times last minute. He seems happy to please his customers. We bought the car and had a slight concern I called him and he was more than willing to help. I think the issue has rectified itself now after being driven a while. So far so good I would recommend Embleton Motor Company. It appears to be a small firm and in everyone's best interests for the cars he sells to be top quality which this seems to be. It has all the added extras and came to us in clean condition. Thank you

I recently bought a Seat Ibiza and Andrew's service throughout was spot on. After seeing the car online, we were able to view and test drive it within the same day, although the sales process was not in any way pushy. Purchase 2018 mondeo 2.0 Tdci ST line X. Collected today, Excellent service throughout the purchase start to end. Excellent part exchange deal. Andy was very professional informative and accommodating throughout the whole process. The car I viewed and purchased had a couple of very minor issues which were sorted instantly, fully cleaned, seviced, mot and all documentation provided, easy process, His stock is presented really well and on collection of the car, all dvla documentation finalised, Even taxed. I was interested in a nice looking Honda accord 2.0 ES GT I-VTEC, at this Motor company and asked for a video as I was three hours away. I got a very comprehensive video and description of the car all of which was totally accurate and I decided to buy on Andy,s word. Never met a more genuine open and honest guy as Andy, purchased a car in late July 2025 pleasure to deal with no sales pressure.
Car came with a 6 month warranty, I had an issue 3 weeks later with the car and the warranty company wasn't quite playing ball,spoke to Andy regarding the issue and 30 minutes later got a callback and all was resolved, spot on after salesman cannot recommend this garage enough, you can definitely buy with confidence knowing you will be taken care of.

Bought a Skoda Kodiaq from Andy about a month or so ago and all I can say is what a guy, what a company. I went to look at the car with so much scepticism and reserve due to a previous awful experience with a different garage but as soon as I met Andy and took the car for a test drive I just knew buying the car was the correct decision. Unfortunately after a week of owning the car a fault with the gearbox appeared but within an hour Andy had made arrangements that suited me for him to collect the car the next morning and resolve the issue, it was completely painless and the car has been perfect since. If ever a time comes to buy another car weather it be for me my wife or the kids I will 100% be going to Andy first above everyone else. You will not regret buying from Andy and Embleton motors, top class and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Found the car on a Saturday, received it on the Thursday (car was ready by Monday afternoon but I wasn't ready to purchase) Andy was very easy to deal with and clear communication. Needed help 2 months after the purchase and Andy was more than happy to help. Couldn't view the car in person so we had a video call and I asked about any scuffs or marks on the vehicle and Andy openly told me about a scuff I hadn't noticed in the photos online. I was struggling to find a dealership that could cater delivery around my work schedule and Andy provided flexibility and was able to deliver the car for 8am to North Wales.

We were looking for a used mini as a first car for our daughter. We visited Embleton and were impressed by both the customer service and the quality of the cars. None of them quite worked for what our daughter needed but within a week Andy called to say he might have found what we were looking for and it turned out to be perfect. The car is fantastic and the after sales service was also exemplary. Having visited a lot of ‘unsavoury' used car dealerships we were so relieved to have found Andy. We bought a bmw from Embleton and were given a 18 month warranty.
When it developed overheating problem we approached the warranty company for help, they made it as difficult as possible and asked for more information and on received declined to help saying the car was to old, curious as we purchased it in February 2024 and this was June, when the warranty was raised they had been given full details of the car.
We were braced for aa sizeable bill.
However Andy at Embleton got involved and brokered and deal with the warranty and saved the day.
Andy proved to be totally trustworthy and was as good as his word.
We can throughly recommend Embleton motors and was going to ensure he had a reliable partner in future as many are as apparently the trade knows are unreliable and present as many difficulties as possible not to assist.

Myself and partner decided we want to take up Caravanning , Our current car we have only had for a year but isn't suitable. I Noticed the Audi Q5 Andy had listed and kept getting drawn back to it as the car stood out amongst the rest and was priced very reasonable. After arranging a viewing I went and met Andy and took the car out on a test drive, the car drove perfectly and he talked me through the features the car had whilst not been pushy to make a sale. I reserved the Car online that night and arranged to go in to complete the purchase, Andy gave me a really good trade in price on my current vehicle and also helped me work out a suitable finance option and warranty. Since picking up the car I've noticed one small issue with the parking sensor and within minutes of informing Andy he's quickly responded asking when I'm available to drop the car in to have this issue rectified.
Overall I'm so pleased with the car and service and would 100% purchase any future vehicles here and recommend to friends and family

Wow what can I say the best trader I've ever bought a car of, Andy was great what a top bloke asked him for a close up video of the car and he sent one straight away explained all the details and still the bits that needed doing before the sale. I've never really bought a car before viewing and testing it but I had confidence in Andy after reading all his reviews. He even part ex my old car and gave me a little more than trade price. When test driving the car there was a sound coming from the front wheel which was the break disc cover with no hesitation Andy just said get it sorted I'll cover it. Sent the quote and sorted straight away. Also gave me 18month warranty. Which is the best warranty I've ever seen buying from a trader. Peace of mind for 18 month. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone. I would buy of Andy again genuine trust worthy, great customer service and just an overall great guy. Thanks again. Loving the car.

Great experience with Andrew from start to finish. Purchased a mini last month at a great price, didn't feel at all pressured, very friendly service, immaculate car lovely and clean, with a great service history and full MOT with almost a year on it. When I got home realised the hot air was not working on the drivers side (something that was easily missed). As I'd been given an amazing 2 year warranty I messaged Andrew and explained what had happened, and received an immediate response with no hesitation to get the car booked straight in with a mini specialist to diagnose the issue, Andrew came and picked my car up from work for me and dropped it back off when the car was fixed, great communication all the way through, very highly recommended to anyone wanting to buy a car from a reliable seller!
